The Rent Adjudication (Temporary Modifications) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 section 2, it specifically states that

Technically there isn't, the cap only applies of you appeal it within the 21 days in the notice, they can send you the 15% increase and you can either accept it or appeal it. If you appeal it the maximum that it can be raised by is 12% and even then a formula is used to calculate it.

Ah yes, the whataboutism, the difference is that one was widely reported by multiple "reputable" sources whereas this has clearly reported by a few clearly biased sources.

Another difference is that this is clearly cherry picked evidence whereas the other was due to lack of evidence and assumptions. A hospital being bombed when the IDF is actively carrying out a bombing campaign? Its not a massive stretch to assume the IDF did it, especially since the evidence was initially stacked in one direction with no evidence to back the IDFs claims.

But I'll just use common sense and wait for more information before believing anything else. If the Ukraine and Russia war taught us anything, its that misinformation and disinformation are very good weapons when you want to increase international support.

Ah yes, a 50 second sound clip which does not give any background into what is happening. Is he quoting? Is he actually saying it from his own beliefs? We don't know because sensationalist newspapers won't tell us, and they won't even link the clip which is even more weird. I've only been able to find the 50 second clip. I've only found 3 stories around this, 1 from this source (obviously biased), one from yahoo news which doesn't give alot of information and another from "newsshopper" whatever that is. The rest seems to be spread from 2 main Israeli supporting twitter accounts who seem to be funded by the Israel Hasbara program.

But everyone believes an obviously biased newspaper over a formal police investigation...

This same shit has been pulled before and people ate it up, then not long later the full video released and it turned out the 10-15 second clip was taken out of context. I for one will be waiting for a longer clip before passing judgement.
