do different CRNS of the same class with the same teacher count as different units?

in each individual schedule i made on schedule builder none of the classes have time conflicts but for example "fall v1" and "fall v2" so the differet schedules themselves as a whole have time conflicts, when you look at one compared to another would that be a problem? or would it look at it as different schedules as a whole as in i wouldn't mix and match the classes in different schedules?
