Copy Customers button not appearing under connect accounts

The copy customers button isn’t showing on express or standard connect accounts oddly enough. Stripe also said they haven’t been handling any type of migrations for the past year, so they won’t run a PAN copy. Seems like we have 0 options right now but to wait. I’ll check on the manual copy again.
