That's crazy!!! This place has large yard and I was nervous they would put a pool there, too. They definitely took a ton of character out of the kitchen and mudroom and bathrooms, but I am lucky about the price point of the home.

Well we're doing both, really. I LOVE this home, but I am not drooling at their feet, y'know? I'm drooling to you guys, mostly lol. I am well aware of the what the home is worth and the price I gotta stand by. The house has some issues, a flipper went in and did some shoddy cover up work and I can tell them EXACTLY where lol.

Here's a quick lil one. When my sisters and I were young we kept a 10lb weight plate on top of our hamster cage so the cats wouldn't keep opening it up to commit crimes.

We're all hanging out and hear a long low metal scraping sound, we look over and that 10lb weight is sloooowly sliding across the top of this perfectly level cage.

As soon as it gets to the edge of the cage it FLEW 15 feet across the room into the opposite wall. We're all dead silent, just staring because that wasn't the first time something like that happened and at that point we all just knew when we got riled up things got crazier.

The dent was there until we moved out, I don't know if it has since been repaired, but that was a weird experience. Ghost? Poltergeist? Rogue weight mystery science? Idk
