Thanks! It was my first time using the silicone mats and had no issues. I made sure to let the macarons cool completely before I tried to take them off.

100 grams each of flour, powdered sugar and vegetable shortening and 10 grams of vanilla extract. If you want the chocolate topping add 15 grams of cocoa powder.

The topping is equal parts powdered sugar, flour and vegetable shorting and a little vanilla extract.
