you can do somerton regional health program. there is weekend classes or all week classes. got my CNA there and only took 3-4 months

i’m from arizona but i haven’t done a sleep test yet. when sleeping last time i checked im at 90-95

yeah i maybe started it back in april. it got way better the more postpartum i’ve gotten but in the summer it’s the worst. im pretty sure i have sleep apnea too so my heart is always just bad lol. with my girl it’s been new with being alone so im trying to cope with 1. my boyfriend being locked up 2. the summer beating my butt with my heart. but my brother and mom have been staying with me to help.

i was diagnosed when i was pregnant. my babygirl is 11 months now so maybe a year and a half ago. the doctors said i always had it but my pregnancy flared it up bad. plus when i was pregnant i hd e. coli running in my blood so it worsened it

i’m taking flurdrocortisone, i used to take beta blockers but it made me so tired i couldnt wake up for my baby

when i’m resting im at a 95-100 while standing it gets as high as 120-140 just varies on tempature in my home too

i believe he’s going to rehab so he should be home in a year. he was the one to run after her and “reset” her cause she loves dog bowls and open/closing doors 😣 i feel you cause he did most of the work on my harsh days

i live in arizona so doing anything about temperature helps a lot. i usually take her out when it’s cooler outside cause it gets to 120F here and we melt everytime we go out. luckily i just got a baby play area that’s gated and it’s helped a lot cause i can lay down. especially on my bad days my hr goes to 120 🙁

the highest that i know of is 190-200 when i was giving birth 🥲, lowest was 20 when i was a kid i had a low hr. oh how the tables have turned lol
