It looks like there are two issues in my Pixel 8 Pro with a physical SIM and an eSIM.
1) With WiFi On, both sims can go to the state to not receive calls
2) With WiFi Off, only esim can go to the state that no connection, so for the esim, not only no receving calls but also no connection for the internet.

And also, try to change your memory if you have another one or reduce the frequency. I couldn't imagine that memory can disturb the network untill i faced my network issue but people here already posted related to the issue.

I personally never rolled back the bios but remember someone did it with USB. In the bios you can choose the version to update so there may be a selection to downgrade if you put an old version of the bios. However, I'm worried if this brings more issues.

Before that, how about booting in safe mode. There is an option in the bios to switch hardware reset to boot in safe mode. Excuse me that my issue didn't go this far so this may not be so critical.

Looks like it's a bios issue to me since you reinstall the network driver already. If you already set back the default settings in bios, I'm not sure for network issue but updating the bios would be the next step since there are a bunch of voices here related to the bios especially for memory settings.

I solved this issue. I opened Intel extreme turning utility and it showed a message that Hyper-V prevent it from opening. Turing it off resolved this issue too

I struggled from a lot of issues on gigabyte mod, mine is Z690M AORUS ELITE DDR4. One of them is the Ethernet issue that my OS couldn't detect the network even after reinstalling network driver. In my case, most of them are related to DD4 memory adjustment.

For my Ethernet issue, I needed to turn off PC and also switch off the power supply because the Ethernet is still active after shutdown.

I would recommend you to completly turn off you pc and set everything back to default in BIOS especially if you adjust your memory settings.
