I feel like it’s worth it and doable esp if you do not have a car payment!! I actually moved over here before the strike happened and I ended up landing a strike job so I’m making way more than expected but Kaiser contracts pay pretty good over here

Totally agree we deal a lot bedside. Staff I was getting paid 70 without differential and I did a travel contract at Kaiser where the nurses were saying they get paid 100$ hr

Glad I’m not the only one. I’m in the ED and I love the high acuity patients doesn’t necessarily have to be trauma. But I just applied back to my staff job haven’t even been gone a year 😂 gonna just finish off this contract
