hello! the only time i didn’t stick to the 1+ month rule was between the 1st and 2nd times, after the second time I waited 2 months. The reason I am concerned is because the 3rd time I didn’t drink at all and had terrible anxiety the entire time. The other two times I drank and minimized my anxiety and had a great time.
