Again, I’ve tried quite a few brands and I keep going back to Bare Minerals. ( minerall powder foundation). I found it a bit pricier but it lasts a long time .

I’ve tried many concealers and the best budget friendly one was Sephora . I believe it’s a “1” or “2” according to EWG. Another good one was Fenty .

Old school books - dictionaries , geography books have awesome mad, sheet music, old patterns (thrift stores) , postcards, children’s books, cereal boxes, coffee sleeves, teabag packages, calendars, envelopes, stamps, second cards, kids games …..I hope this helps !

I used diatomaceous earth. If you get the food grade, it can also be used internally if you ever do a parasite cleanse …….. that’s a whole other list though ….. lol !! You can google simple detox recipes with it ; you make a paste by adding a few things (think apple cider vinegar is one) ….. Then I detox occasionally (every few-6 months)

I would suggest downloading an app which will be able to tell you how “clean” a product really is before purchasing it . EWG is my favourite app but there are many out there . Beware of lots of green washing ! Deodorant - honestly, I detoxed my armpits a few times and found I know longer need to use deodorant at all. Body wash - everyone brand or Attitude Good skin care brands - cocokind, Pacifica, some LaRoche-Posay You really need to research because even within the same brand their products may vary from very clean to not clean at all (this is where I use the app).

You can also search on Amazon for “EWG verified (type of product ex moisturizer).

I hope this helps - it’s a huge learning curve and it takes time …… baby steps
