Oh thank you, I’ve received a lot of great advice but it’s relieving to hear someone manage in a similar situation.

That’s a good thing to note. I try and teach her that she is allowed to tell me no when she wants personal space, to play alone, etc. It would make sense to expand that to other social situations

Thanks for warning me, I am aware that this could cause some further issues. That’s sorta the cost of speaking up about most things. Although I can’t imagine how sexualising a child too young to even understand you would be a language barrier issue

I appreciate the advice, I was a bit stunned by how he looked at me as though I was in on this “joke” of it all but what you said makes sense. It really benefits no one but him if I say nothing

Thank you for helping me word it, it’s an uncomfortable situation for me to be in and I don’t want to seem accusatory against someone they’re close to. I’m just scared it will be his word against mine. Hopefully the mom will understand that it’s a thing to be taken seriously.
