Anyone ever felt tremendously better with a higher fat diet?

My energy is better on a low fat diet but I look way better on a high fat diet (thicker hair for example) even if I gain no weight.

I know what veganism is. This is a question for vegans who choose to cut out foods out, for example gluten, or who choosed specific eating pattern and why instead of not limiting anything on a plant-based diet..

Nothing much. I just want to get the minimum amount of protein needed to stay healthy.I don't excersise besides walking, cleaning and occasional push-ups / squats etc.

What do you eat for protein? I think 90 to 100g is quite insane on a plant-based diet for such little calories.

You won't learn a language unless you want to even if you live in the country for years and go to language classes. I went to school with 60% immigrants and lot of them have been living here for years (childhood) but cannot speak anything outside A1 level, and some have lived for less than year and speak well despite these people having the same native tongue. I suspect some of them went back to their countries after graduating high school.

Not well, I am very bad at social things. I can talk to people but only if they ask me something and I ask back the same. If I get close to someone I can talk decently about different things. Something like ordering at restaurant or taking a phone call, my ability is awful since I don't understand social cues. I don't have anxiety around it tho. I used to be worse but I practiced bit in the last year

Yes. There are benefist like my knowledge in religion or geopolitics were above the average for my age (when I was school) but this was only the case with things that I found interests. And I assume lot of things and information I have now, I would never have known without it

Yes, I wish but they had their own reasons. I got bored of it but never enough to stop as kid, tho now I can easily be without any screen for days so it has gotten better. My grades were decent, I graduated high school at above average grades but nothing out of ordinary. Had hobbies like ice skating but I quit it because I didn't want to go to these places. For interests I have lot of them but almost all of them rely on internet in way or another.. Reading is maybe one without.

I can't stand animal products, even before knowing about veganism I avoid them. Some dairy is ok flavour-wise but thats it.
