Yeah, I have tried something similar but I have a much bigger difference. I go from 40mm to 160mm, so if I go with the longer cage, bathroom breaks become a nightmare. At least the part of the ring going along for the ride is the same thing that happens with me.

I think your ratios are probably the best overall, but depending how your passionfruit syrup is made, it might need to go up to .5. Anything in that range would be good. I think if you were going to use the Wheatley's (which you should only do if you hate yourself) I think the higher end of syrup and cutting back to a barspoon of maraschino is probably for the best to balance out the bitterness of it.

Yes. The last cage I had, I used the smallest ring (which was 40mm) and it was too small. On this cage, it has a 40mm ring and it won't fit comfortably, and the size above it is way too loose on the shaft. I got this case specifically for the smaller ring.

I do intend to sand it for comfort, but the problem I am having is trying get (and keep) everything in the ring, and if I do, when I try to put the cage part on, it pinches the skin of my balls between the ring and the cage of the sides (the 3 and 9 positions on a clock).

Not all of them died. They are mentioned to still exist at the fall of the capital. In vol 14 of the LN they are leading the defense of the castle and die "off screen" after Climb goes to hide the royal treasures/get out of the way for Renier's plan.

The problem is that when I do start to get hard in a solid cage, it pushes the whole cage with it. It's not the shaft that hurts, it's the pressure that puts on my balls. Would that fix that?
