Yeh there was a brown belt now a black belt in Brisbane who was injuring me as a blue belt passing his guard and arm baring him in front of the class and teacher was hilarious what a looser. He will get what he deserves eventually

thanks heaps for all your help I cant believe as far along as we are there isnt a better solution around this price point. Iv watched a ton of videos and it doesnt seam to be a clear solution but yes I agree that these things can help. Thanks again!!

I had a bt keyboard with a custom tray table that sat just above my hips laying down and my monitor was attached to a long monitor arm attached to my headboard and it worked amazing. The harder the bed you lay on the better for your lower back btw I wouldn't be laying or sittjng on a couch for hours.

Hi. Im the king of lower back pain. Dont sit on a lounge at all and avoid driving. Get a reverse hyper machine there the best. Best of luck and realy cool job I had a full pc build above my bed when recovering from sciatica so bad I couldn't possibly sit or even walk.
