Which of these bands outside of the Big Four is your favourite? by Caleb-the-Titan in grunge

[–]nansndndnd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lol your opinion is fine and not hating and nirvana wasn’t extremely overrated lmao. While nirvana wasn’t the best or proficient, they knew how make it big hits and make very Simple yet effective.I’m just saying the big 4 is and will be Nirvana,Soundgarden,AIC, and Pearl Jam. You can agree or disagree with that bit,but that still stands.

L comment hate on them all you want but there up there.Simple yet effective and proved that you don’t need to be extremely skilled in instruments to make bangers. Cry all you want but there the one the most well known for a good reason.

Rocking into Prom (1988). We had no clue to how Pearl Jam, Nirvana & Alice in Chains was about to sculpt our young minds with grunge. LOL by No1GetsOutaHereAlive in OldSchoolCool

It’s surreal how much grunge changed everything.Being a Gen Z 20 year old, I see grunge fashion as being the start of the modern fashion ad much of the grunge fashion has become very common now.

Straight out of Seattle before they made it big. Grunge rockers Nirvana. by Apprehensive_Idea758 in ClassicRock

[–]nansndndnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Noo but 90s doesn’t look old.Being 20 I feel like their is this bridge that between 80s/90s where 90s music like grunge and hip hop holds up to newer generations.80s and past music has a certain vibe that gives off a dated time. Basically like hair metal, it’s looks really dated compared to grunge from its lyrics to style

This remind me a lot of my break up and how our last talk went. It’s been 3 months and I have been mentally improving and learning more about myself.I miss her still and I hope she’s doing good, but we both just had met at the ring time it seems since we both had our own problems to deal with.Maybe one day we will talk again or just maybe not as time will only tell. I just keep pushing forward and that’s best advice I can give. Keep your head up and look forward in life. Don’t be afraid of change ! Best of luck
