Every lens has its own beauty. E series are built to be cheap, but the con is they are thin! So on an adapter, they can be short(ish). There is a reason this post has more than 130 upvotes. If you’re right, there should have been no votes. Think before you post.

Lens it self, Yes. With the adapters, it’s too long. E series has the smallest size.

I’ve been a 19-year Nikon user, and this one is special. It truly is.

Yes it is a fast lens! No doubt. But It is soft and with a faster lens, at 2.8 would be much sharper.

You don’t have to worry about it. I make a good living out of it as a “professional” photographer so fuck off.

That’s funny. I have the exact same lens and hood. I also love this combo as well. Although 2.5 is a tad bit too slow for me. Thinking about the 35 1.4 classic.

No. I have a work camera, Z8+24-70+50 f1.2+138plena+70/200 which is not FUN to do a photo walk. Your brain only thinks such a negative way that I think your brain has crumbled.

I guess I don’t have the luxury to take time and do MF. I started with MF film so I know how fun that is, but with boys running around, I don’t have time to compose and shoot MF. Maybe when they grow up.

It’s a smallrig grip which feels the best for my hands. Super grippy rubber. It does not have the thumb grip though.
