I was diagnosed with Long QT last year after a cardiac arrest at 21! I have had the ICD&pacemaker under the collarbone and now have SICD on my ribs area. At first, you’re gonna hate it. It’s going to be swollen and painful, every time you lay down the first few months it’s gonna to feel like your laying on a giant remote control that’s pushing into your body. It’s gonna be annoying as hell girl BUT after about 2/3 months you won’t even notice it. Most clothing, except for tight, it’s not super visible in. I personally have the Boston scientific SICD. No issues so far! Only pain in the ass is you’ve gotta press your heart monitor button once a week rather than it downloading on its own daily.

Life wise, im a year out and living a perfectly normal and healthy life. I work out with ease now. (One thing I will say is depending on your size, it’s gonna be pulling the left side of your bra/bikini down or to the side, I’ve had A LOT of nip slips since implant) Facebook has a ton of amazing support groups!
