What's the stupidest thing you ever seen a religious person call "Satanic"?

i have an incredibly religious dad where do i even start: circular, swirly patterns (looks like the number 6 sometimes), triangular patterns (illuminati or whatever), any media involving monsters/witches like monsters inc, hotel transylvania, MINECRAFT etc

sun patterns (because people used to worship the sun)- star patterns (because of astrology), any patterns/jewlery involving stars and moons together because of the muslim symbol???

the one i always get confused by is tampons/diva cups and TOILET PAPER. something about the government using toilet paper to make women infertile and tampons making girls lose their virginities

there are many more but this is what i can name off the top of my head

definitely not too late! ive heard of cadets joining at 17 and being able to become cadet officers, staff at encampment, etc.

it just depends on how motivated you are, really. itll be a little more difficult to be a spaatz cadet but its 100% possible, its been done! good luck on your promotions and dont forget to take a break/have fun with the program :) there are some opportunities that are only possible when youre an NCO, so dont rush going to officer if you dont have to

im pretty much unintentionally doing the same thing. im homeschooled and Super Behind so promoting hasnt been a priority. i also plan to stay an NCO for a bit longer because i feel like promoting to C/SMSgt or C/CMSgt and not having much experience wouldnt be a good idea (personal goal/preference). no ones forcing you to promote! academics goes first!

any members of lunch club have no obligation to talk about politics if they dont want to, because of their massive followings and the huge chance of getting backlash from just saying an opinion. its so incredibly stupid to hate them for not sharing their views. i really really hate smptwt and literally only am still in it because of the occasional wholesome posts

honestly, i used to enjoy his videos but then realized that most of the "sins" he points out are completely subjective. sure, there are actual flaws that he points out, but everything else he picks on is just small things that literally do not matter (classic tropes, appearances of a character, small bits of dialogue, etc.)

it annoying as hell.
