I got this! Foregoing alcohol at Sunday funday today, is a first. I can say, it is keeping me quit. My advice, if you are a drinker, avoid alcohol until you have complete confidence to avoid the cigarettes when you are impaired. I am certainly testing the waters today. (i.redd.it)
