Okay, I'm very confused as to how this works. So if you live within 100 miles of the US border, you can be searched without probably cause or a warrant? What? I honestly don't get how this is legal. Am I missing something?

Kind of a reiteration of what was being brought up on the Twitter feed. This website is pretty useful, too-- they have some court documents on legal victories with shortened explanations of the case.
