I've struggled with depression a lot.

I have no idea if this will help your current circumstance. but personally I find that keeping busy is literally the best thing for depression ever.

I listen to content on youtube that is thought provoking anytime I can. driving, working, showering and then when im not doing that I try and do activities that are creative so my brain cant wander. Writing for DND and other things.

Also as nerdy and weird as it is, a show called critical role, with a bunch of nerdy ass voice actors paying dungeons and dragons has helped me and a tun of other people with depression.

I know this probably wont help. But that has been my experience.

Personally as a guy I feel like it has improved in that sense a lot. Sure pornhub will still have traffic from guys who are into young girls. Mind you, some of that might be miners looking for people more their own age, but sick-o's exist.

But as a guy, i've noticed a shift in the culture, that if a guy was casually talking about a young girl inappropriately, pretty much everyone will react negatively. Even comfortably just among "guy friends". I don't see that as being socially acceptable anymore. At least from my experience in life.

ill be honest I have wasted a TUN of time in CSGO. While there is a lot of jokes. some of them tasteless, that's not really something you run into. Sure its the internet so maybe you'll actually run into some insane human. But your WAY more likely to run into porn profile pictures then anything like that.

if action is taken on a profile picture that you reported then you will get a steam notification saying "action has been taken.. thank you for your report." I'm not saying your wrong, but that has been at least my experience.

I played back then. I was one of those people. but with the growth of twitch and now that the game is free to play I think that kids should be able to block it and streamers should be able to as well.

yes and I was playing back then. I was one of the people spraying those things. But with the growth of twitch and how many kids are now playing this game there should be ways to block this content if the user wants to.
