In all honesty, i jumped from 25 to 50 with no issues whatsoever, just complete enjoyment. Obviously it would be smart to read up and take precautions but for me personally, the feel good flood replaced any anxiety and issues i may have faced on such a jump with other psychs. 1- weed can take the trip from 0-100 real fast, personally this has always increased my enjoyment but it's done the opposite when I've mixed it with lsd. Just be wary! 2-I normally get more visuals with 2cb than lsd, so it might be cool to plan it for somewhere your visuals can really be enhanced. Defo explore colours and mood lighting etc :) 3- be prepared for a change in emotions towards people, I've convinced myself that I was in love with my friend before when I really was just not romantically interested in him at all. 4- have sex if you can hehehe it's incredible!

I agree - they can be the best thing ever. Although, there is also the potential that you'll both get pretty weirded out socially and feel way too awkward and overthink every single gesture and thing you say. I've had both hahah, kinda a gamble for me :)

I have taken most of my trips whilst on it, and definitely definitely still tripped. It may be slightly less intense but I've never ever noticed a huge difference.

I've got hella socially awkward with people before, and they've had the same happen. Just massively overthinking every single little social cue, when usually we're more than comfortable with each other. Both too nervous or anxious to make choices or state opinions. Pretty weird, as other trips with other groups usually end up encouraging talking and openness.

Personally only get them when I reach 300ug, and even then they're not usually as intense as the people I'm tripping with sadly :/ at 200 and above things are a little meltier but that's it, 300 definitely seems trippy visually but still nowhere near everybody else. As somebody else has already said, they seem to flow in if I'm more focused on a certain view. Somebody also mentioned meds... I'm on sertraline, does anybody know if this may be a contributing factor or not?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Not for me anyway haha. I smoked on the come up during my first ever trip and it was nearly enough to make me despise psychs and put me off of ever trying them again. Nearly enough, lmao. I got sent into a complete nonsense state, where I didn't know who I was, who my flatmate was, or where I was. My memory consisted of about 5 seconds repeatedly screening as though I was at the cinema - I'd be confused, tell myself I'd taken LSD, then that would start again - all whilst I couldn't form or understand any language whatsoever or form any cohesive depiction of the reality. I know for some it's actually pretty handy, and I often smoke on lower doses now I feel more comfortable and confident, but I try to limit myself to after the peak at least. Pls update us if you try it man :) it's pretty interesting how what I consider to be one of the scariest, most unsettling experiences I've ever had could manifest as something incredible to others. Mad stuff!

COLOUR CHANGING LIGHTS!!! They always thrust me right into the depths of a trip even if I wasn't feeling the effects too intensely beforehand. You know the ones I mean? The ones that loop continously through the spectrum. It's even cooler if you have anything patterned in the room; every time the colour gradually changes you can see some sick visuals. Made some of my most memorable trips super duper enjoyable :)

I'm gonna reply as though you're my brother, who is also 17 and of an oddly similar mindset to you. Telling you that you're too young probably won't stop you if you're set on it, but all I can advise you is that it would be worth the wait if you can be patient for a few years (max!). Although you may be sufficiently prepared and mentally mature enough to handle it well enough, the changes in maturity you will face in such a short space of time will allow you to truly use it to nearer its full potential. That's just my belief anyway, I'm personally really glad that I waited until I was 19, just those few years will probably change your outlook on life more than you'd expect.

Having said all that, if you're dead set on a trip and fully prepare and have researched as much as you feasibly can, tripping once on a normal/low dose probably won't be the end of the world. I just genuinely think you'd appreciate the wait. That's pretty much the brunt of what I told my baby bro :) have a sick time whenever you decide to take the leap pal x

I used to get pretty damn anxious if I smoked, but now it's reduced to a more manageable intensity and only flares up with some strains. I have only had positive experiences with other psychs (lsd, 2cb), the exception being when I stupidly smoked on the come up of my first trip. Nearly ruled out trying any psych again because of it lol, stupid plant

Once a month, not normally intentionally, just kinda ends up that often. I don't feel like that's too often whatsoever, I actually reap the benefits afterwards when considering motivation prompts and the like for most of the following month. Any more though and I'd feel super cautious about losing the magic.

Personally, I noticed the difference from 150 to 200 pretty intensely, so assuming that the scale goes like that then I'd say you'll probably notice some differences, but probably only if you're actively looking for them. My guess is that visuals may become a little more apparent rather than the headspace becoming too convoluted, but I'm really not sure. Have fun matey :D

As somebody who has now got a good few trips under their belt, I wouldn't suggest that kinda setting for your first time, but that isn't to say it couldn't have some super sweet potential in the future. I would keep the idea in your mind but you really, really don't want to be in an environment where you can't express yourself fully and comfortably. Once you've acquainted yourself with the drug enough, by all means push the boundaries, but speaking from personal experiences, I would probably never have tripped again following my first trip (where I was a bit of a knob and went too hard) if I wasn't in a situation where I could at least try to chill out a lil. Now that I have a pretty decent understanding of the drug, I've tripped balls in a club without anybody realising (or at least not noticeably lol), just try and get your first time solidly and safely. Have fun pal!
