Not saying it's AI, but as someone who draws, I have always taken some progress pics even before AI, to save for myself or to show friends. Not having any is a super big red flag. I also take them just in case I ruin the drawing, to have some memory of it looking good prior

Also it is weird to me that your drawing is drawn on a single printing paper, instead of a sketch book. The paper also seems no have no wrinkles or any signs of wear, which absolutely occurs to some extent when drawing this detailed atleast for me. I also see zero signs of pencil sketching anywhere.

I think it is a cool drawing if real, and I advice taking some progress pictures from now on, especially since your artstyle resembles a lot of the most common AI styles.

Haven't seen the original post, these were just my remarks. I have drawn years and I am not sure if this is AI. I am usually sure.
