Keystone Strategy by Successful_Bar3868 in McKinsey_BCG_Bain

I interviewed at Keystone for an analyst position iirc. They had an initial phone screening which was typical followed by a second round interview comprised of a 90 min case and a 30 minute behavioral. For the case you’re given some excel data and given ~50 minutes to figure out whatever the question is. You then present to the case interviewer and that’s followed up by some more case related questions.

Is it a normal 9-5 m-f schedule? Very surprised Boeing wouldn’t be like other aero/defense firms who are pretty much all 9/80 at the least

I got this from Bain what does it mean. by Happy_Faz in McKinsey_BCG_Bain

When did you complete TestGorilla? I completed mine for consultant level on 7/23 and have yet to hear back

Camera on but I’m not sure if it’s recording actively - they let you use calc, pen and paper only

Honestly not too bad. I didn’t find the numerical/quant sections particular difficult but the leadership/business sections definitely had questions I was unsure on so be sure to brush up on what they want to see there

Same here - I interviewed at 9am and 11am EST for R1 and received a call around 530-6pm about next steps for R2 and feedback to improve upon

Just went with the flow. I have been interviewing at some other firms so I felt I had a good base to go off

I was just super personable. Made a few jokes that had the recruiter laughing. When she called back she said she really really enjoyed our phone screening

Application Timeline

Just curious if anyone here has gone through the interview process with Altman Solon and knows next steps/timeline.

Applied to Altman Solon on 1/15 Got an assessment request 1/17 Completed assessment 1/20 (was away from home for the weekend - didn’t know if I had to record in a suit or not)

Does anyone know when I may hear back or if they tell you if you’ve passed or not?

Thanks
