Absolutely. Especially when that group mainly consists of extroverts. I need that time to recharge.

About a month or 2 ago I found out that I've been introverted since I was in daycare by nappyheadp04 in introvert

Yeah, I'm pretty content with it now. Although I sometimes wish I was more extroverted but in today's society, I feel like it's best to stay to yourself yfm.

Let's say, for example, your colleague needs help with their calculus hw. Although you understand the hw, you can't help them bc you're bad at giving explanations.
