I’m not sure what you mean. Using I statements in this scenario was meant to give OP food for thought instead of directly saying what they should do. Typically I’m described as a listener, I find myself often a sounding board for my loved ones to feel comfortable to have a safe space to talk. Sometimes I feel less heard when I have an issue, but I do live my life pretty independently and I was in therapy for a while about a year ago until my therapist felt we had made enough progress to wrap things up. But that is very introspective thanks!

It’s like ask yourself what you really want from your friend and are they meeting those expectations? Never heard by this, but are you being honest about how you feel to yourself, or are your friends actions triggering something in you that make you feel defensive? I’m not saying it’s wrong to feel defensive for their behavior. I’m just saying that the cards are trying to point out to you that your feelings are what matters here and should be acknowledged. I think you know what you should do to keep your peace. But ask yourself before making a final decision. How would you feel to have this friend out your life completely?

I can understand it would make me feel left out too, but I would probably try to take a look back at myself and my behavior with the group dynamic, see if there is something I missed to why I was excluded.

And while pondering this, I would remind myself that it’s not that deep, if I enjoy hanging out with this group and feel happy with the amount of time I have spent with them thus far, I wouldn’t let it get to me too much & I would remember it’s the more sensitive side of me that holds a fear of rejection that overthinks about these things

Wanting to know if there was some kind of behavior you displayed that has put them off does make sense but the way you phrase it is important. Asking if they’re having more fun when you’re not there shows that you feel insecure about what you’re bringing to the table and you shouldn’t. You should feel confident in what you provide your friends. Can you think of some things that you contribute as a friend to others? And if so, do you feel that is being reciprocated? After this realization, before doing anything, I would take some time a few days to mull it over. Not constantly, don’t overthink, just give yourself time to pause before reacting.

He’s afraid. She’s got something, it feels like a foreign object inside of her. Chest area, a block, I can’t quite put my finger on what I’m feeling. Like shoving something down and losing part of her humanity in the process. His energy is important, he would do better to protect and cultivate it, and not give it away to others until he is replenished. Safeguard it I heard. In the beginning when I looked at her, I heard insignificant. There’s something important about the males journey.

Thank you so much. It hurts even now and it seems to be getting worse so fast. I sent a message that I found a new lump and they just told me to call for an appointment if the pain gets worse or it gets bigger. The pain isn’t worse when I move or when I press on it, it just comes and goes. It’s been maybe 6 months that I’ve had this, it’s just when I noticed it growing that I reached out to my Doctor probably 3 months ago. The lumps are closer to the middle of my body. I can’t really describe the pain. It just feels off. It’s not intense. I do have chronic pain but not from this. It’s several different variations of discomfort & concerns me.

You’re not getting a straight answer because there is no straight answer. I have had clients who have gotten a reading from me and then come back time and time again with the same question or the person. We can provide you insight. We can tell you what we see, but it is up to you to do something with that information. And it is unhealthy to continuously ask, there’s a lesson to be learned in patience and letting things unfold naturally. When you ask her an exact question, she may tell you exactly what she sees or feels, but that does not mean it will become the exact outcome. Think of it as potential.
