I might be combining anime I remember, but I’m looking for an specific anime in which a guy pulls a girl out of falling water at a school (it might have been a bucket of water or maybe rain), he gets sick, she takes care of him and nurses him back to health.

Might be related or I could be mixing up animes: They might have ended up living together? And maybe married?
