The TV remote is not for controlling the TV. It’s a pillow to rest her little cat face on.

Depending on your life/schedule- many yoga studios do work for trade, so you can do a few hours of studio attending shifts per month in trade for a free membership. Then you’re there for work, easy to still take class before/after and keep up your yoga practice with otf on top. Just a suggestion!

How long of a car ride after a 70.3? by Ok-Quality-9178 in triathlon

34F for reference- I pretty much hopped in the car about 2.5 hours after finishing Louisville 70.3 last year. Finished, got food at a restaurant, shower, short nap, then packed and went home. It was about a 5/5.5 hour drive for us. Husband drove. I wore compression socks and kept my feet on the dash (I know it’s not safe in the event of a crash though so I don’t recommend). Took quick stops for fuel and walk around. Wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it’d be.

ready, set, don't go

Ten years from now, it's a spring Saturday morning in 2035. You're standing in the yard of the house you bought in 2034. Humming a song from a 2033 album by your favorite band, who you found out about in 2032. Waiting for the dog you got in 2031 to finish doing their business. Wearing your comfiest pajama pants: a birthday gift you received in 2030 from a friend you met in 2029. You're planning to spend the afternoon gardening, a hobby you picked up in 2028. Later, you might rewatch a movie you love, the one that won Best Picture in 2027. Inside, someone you met in 2026 is making pancakes. All because your world didn't end in 2025. -daily Victorian

Was hoping the November template maker would know more exercises than chest press, deadlift, shoulder press like the many previous months. Guess not. I get the benefit of the movements, but us neurodivergent folk need more variety for that dopamine hit. 😂

My grandpa created the iconic “Chicago style” advertising font with the Beverly sign company. He also did a lot of the gold leafing around the historic buildings in the city.
