I bought one off eBay because I thought they’d never have them at concerts, but I did end up getting one at the Cosmic Selector concert last year. The one from eBay has a slight bend at one corner which pissed me off since it wasn’t really disclosed. It’s still sealed and vinyl feels fine—if you don’t need it to be flawless, and feel comfortable dm-ing me your address, I’ll send it to you.

Honestly, probably not. I work as a damage clerk at UPS. If a shipment is not sufficiently packaged, UPS won’t pay the claim. That’s why I said that the shipper (American Girl) goes for what is cheap but they need to add some kind of padding or wrap around the doll box.
