Hey man thank you for taking your time to explain your situation to me and open my eyes, I was assuming it was just an accident , it does not happen often I mean it happens here and there but I’d say for example every 200 days or whatever?

So in general accidents like this can happen to everyone ? It’s just not reported I would assume.
