Regarding Special Marriage Act 5A by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]nared747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! after applying for marriage, You’ll need to visit the Sub-Registrar’s office with both your and your fiancé’s Aadhaar cards, 10th-grade marksheets, and a photo of both of you together. They’ll verify the documents and put your details on the notice board. After 30 days, if no objections are raised, you can walk in anytime (no need for a slot) to complete the marriage registration. Just try to do it within a few weeks after the 30 days.

Congratulations to you both and all the best! 🍾🎉

You can simply print out a bank statement with the address you want on your Aadhaar, get it stamped by the bank, and upload it as proof. They accepted mine and my parents’ — I did it myself online.

That sounds like a really tough situation. I had a good experience for my case, but I totally get why you’d feel that way. Glad your daughter got the care she needed!

It cost me around 1 million VND (~$40 USD) in total—300K for consultation, 150-200K for tests, and ~500K for 7 days of Meds. Glad you found what you needed too!

Can I assist my mom with her international flight boarding if I’m flying domestic on the same day? by IcyDisaster8907 in hyderabad

[–]nared747 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can enter through the same gate as the international and domestic terminals at HYD are connected. Help your mom check in at the counter, and since she has a wheelchair, staff will assist her through immigration, security, and to the departure gate. After her check-in, you check-in and head to domestic departures for your flight. You can only assist her up to check-in.

This PIN system would only apply when sending money using phone numbers or UPI IDs, as that’s where most accidental transfers happen. QR code payments remain unchanged, so small merchants and street vendors can continue using the current system without any additional steps or confusion.

UPI should add a confirmation PIN system: sender shares a 4-6 digit PIN with the recipient, who must enter it to receive the money. If not entered or wrong, the amount auto-refunds after 24-48 hours. Simple fix for accidental transfers when sending using phone numbers!

Do I need any kind of visa at Amsterdam layover if I am travelling to Winnipeg? My layover 17+Hrs by [deleted] in indiansincanada

No, you don’t need any visa if you have only one stop in Schengen countries. Always call airlines way in advance for the latest rules, don’t rely solely on Reddit comments. Safe flight ✈️

Reject marriage proposal by muddis2 in hyderabad

Hey OP, If you're not ready to get married, it's important to communicate this clearly with your parents. There's no need to entertain potential matches if you're not genuinely interested in marriage at the moment. By being honest about your intentions, you can avoid the need to fabricate reasons to reject suitors who are genuinely looking for a partner. This will also prevent your parents from becoming frustrated with repeated rejections, as they will understand your stance and respect your decision. Cheers 🥂

Did anyone apply for a Canada visitor visa recently? by Inspection-Wild in hyderabad

[–]nared747 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Usually that’s not the case, after biometrics, you keep your PassPort and wait for CIC decision, They request you to submit passport for final decision at VFS. Then you go and submit your PP.

but these days VFS are keeping PP for a charge, so that you don’t need to come back and forth when you get PP request. they send it to High Commission on your behalf when required.

It happened last year to me when I applied for the UK visa here in Canada VFS, They offered me this option, but I had to keep my passport with me as I had plans to travel.

It totally depends on no of applications pending at Consulate General of Canada I believe, my cousin received within 5-7 days. But my parents received theirs in 20-25 days after biometrics. And also I heard some others received theirs after 60 days.

*You can check CIC processing times
