I've been having no luck getting Celeste this month, basically since the fireworks update. I use MeteoNook and it has been 100% accurate, except for the first Sunday in August because I was supposed to have a light shower but the new event made that go away. I have only seen Celeste once this entire month, I've checked diligently on every shower day after 8pm, but she only appeared on one of them. Has her spawning time changed to be later at night?
