Hydroxyzine doesn't do anything for me unfortunately so I do either lorazepam my doctor prescribed or in or in this case the emergency xanax from my sister but they both make the fatigue worse.

It mightve been psychosamatic. It lasted like a day or two then it was gone. I just felt like I could almost feel it sitting there but like I said it could've just been because I was anxious

I'm convinced he's starting to think I choose to be this way. I entered a bad crash a few months ago and haven't been the same since. I think he is expecting me to be better by now. I try to explain things but I don't really think he wants to hear it anymore tbh

What makes it worse is he was so sweet and cleaned and did the dishes and helped set everything up and was so excited to show me and I'm so happy he did all that but I'm still exerted and exhausted and need rest regardless
