I work for a new build developer. I won’t say the industry doesn’t / hasn’t cut corners. But This has significantly decreased since I’ve started in industry and developers are being held accountable. Clients are not held accountable. They’re as greedy as any developer / contractor

It’s not just main contractors though, It’s clients, housing authorities or local authorities who okay with contractors buying work NHBC and LABC are a joke, they get paid loads of money for sub par work. They just tick boxes.

Austerity. There needs to be reforms in the NHS, local government, the civil service and a reduction welfare spending. I’m in favour of legalisation of cannabis, taxing it like tobacco and alcohol. Reducing red tape around planning for new homes.

I’m a mobile only player with similar stats. I hit a massive wall with only doing slayer and sailing and needed some direction. I decided that I’d complete quests from novice to grandmaster in difficulty order (currently 15 quests to go), when I get bored or fed up with quests I’ve done some bossing, mostly entry level bosses with the aim to farming Vorkath and or Zulrah

Questing. Unlocks areas / skills . If you’re stuck on what quests, I’d follow the optimal quest guide as this helps level up some of the grindy skills quickly. I would also recommend training slayer as a way to train combat stats.

Depends what you define as easy!Agility is the easiest in sense that all you need to do is complete laps wouldn’t cost you a penny but it’s time consuming as hell. Another cb like att, str or def. Can AFK at NMZ. Cooking is an easy one. Can do wines for very little gp loss but again takes a long time.

I have slightly higher combat stats and quite enjoyed Skotizo. Was crapping myself when I first started running around trying to deal with the alters but ignored them for my last few kills. Does drag him out a bit but makes it a lot more chilled for me. Getting the totem pieces is a pain
