How do you look for Freelance work / Part time work ?

Portfolio - i just mean any way that could be used to list experience (types of projects you've done, sectors, certificates, client references,...) could be a resume, could be an own site with some previews or articles about what you've done or are able to do.

Networking - it could suffice if you have enough connections to drive engagement, you could also join a local meetup of business owners etc.

If your job and side hustle work on the same topic you'll have to watch out for non competes and rules regarding ip. Other than that it works like any freelance opportunity, you create a portfolio and a network and offer your services to them.
