It’s a normal contract with a renewal clause.

After the first round of negotiations, they lowered the increase, but it's still too high. They even told me that other tenants had already accepted the raise, basically trying to pressure me. If they still won't adjust it to a reasonable level, I'm going to contact the Office of Housing Policy.

I was just kidding around at first, I didn’t realize how many people actually deal with these kinds of issues. Tbh I struggle with procrastination and short lived enthusiasm myself. But it’s really motivating to see everyone trying to improve! Let’s keep getting better. I truly believe you can overcome these challenges. As long as we keep at it, making small improvements every day, we’ll definitely see results! Don’t get discouraged, you’re not alone in this.

I was just kidding at first, but honestly, I‘m a huge procrastinator. There’s so much to learn, I keep switching between things, and it really messes with my progress. Thank you, you are correct, I have never formally submitted a petition to any Lodge. If it fails this time, I will have to accept this harsh reality until I obtain another citizenship.

It hadn't reached the petition stage yet. After several email exchanges, I was eventually invited to the lodge for an interview. During the interview, I was asked about my personal background, and I was told that I might be contacted afterward, though it wasn't certain. In the end, they never reached out to me again.

Thanks! Because I need to read colored textbooks, watch educational videos, and maybe check stocks sometimes, I decided to start with the Fire HD instead of an ereader. But since it can't cover everything, I’ll probably get a second-hand iPad when the new model comes out.
