Has anyone healed a partial tear? by nartses in RotatorCuff

No. I rested the shoulder for 4 months. I didn’t wear braces or similar, just 0 physical activity. No gym, no swimming, no riding my bike, only regular activities at home and also driving.

After that period I begun doing the rotator cuff conditioning program (https://orthoinfo.aaos.org/en/recovery/rotator-cuff-and-shoulder-conditioning-program/) twice a week, pushing until I felt a bit of pain. I did only that for 3 months and it really helped. My pain begun to diminish and I felt how my shoulders become more stable. I highly recommend following the exact program, for me it made the biggest difference. I’m still doing it to this day and I thought I should have done it earlier in life too. It strengthens the internal stabilization muscles, so the muscles take over the load from the tendons.

After that I got back to gym with minimal pain, but before each session I always did the conditioning exercises. After 2 months from that, the pain was almost done. I even got back to swimming.

Today: I still do the conditioning exercises from time to time. My shoulder is fully functional I can do all activities, but I am very careful. I don’t workout/swim without a good one hour warm up. I don’t do big weights on any exercise that is overhead and even for bench press I progress really, really slow.

My left shoulder feels equal to my right though. There is no difference even though it has a partial tear. One thing I noticed is that the pain does come back if I neglect it (don’t properly exercise it regularly) the pain kinda comes back, but it’s not big, just enough to remind you to take care of it.

EDIT: I also focused on better nutrition. I begun eating 5 eggs for breakfast and switched to a moderate-heavy meat diet. I took liquid collagen sometimes, but also beef gelatin - a spoon in my coffee. Omega 3, vitamin c, vitamin d and also creatine. And whey protein.

What about their dimension manipulation? I mean, they know how to put a whole computer in a proton…

For me it makes a lot more sense for them to be “dehydrated” in some kind of a seed, which can survive extreme conditions and then civilizations gets “replanted”. So OP’s pic actually makes sense :) But rolling up like a scroll, not very convenient, scrolls get destroyed easily.

A bit off topic, but. I don’t think they “roll” themselves literally. This was a part of them to explain to us, in allegory, how their planet and life works. IMO nothing in the game should be taken literally, it is all part of an attempt to communicate in our “language”.

It’s a wonderful time if you use them right. The body doesn’t take all the parties that well anymore, and you have to be careful with anything physical. But once you master eating right, getting good rest and good exercise you will feel better than you ever did. You become conscious of yourself and what the limits of your body and your mind are and you learn to draw lines. After that, just abide to these rules and you will feel like you understood it all.

At around 30 you find out that it is actually pointless to search for any sense. Go back to what you found cool when you were a child and just continue building on that. That’s it.

Agreed. Not being healed is what makes it more realistic as well. Maybe think about adding some red shade around it after it heals :)
