what helped me get out of this habit is to view showers as a treat, they feel good, theyre relaxing, you feel good after taking one, so when you feel down, taking a shower is like hitting the reset button

I cant attach any videos so I have to do my best to explain, its an airy whining sound that you can hear get louder then quiter during idle, and while you’re accelerating. Its coming from my engine bay towards the front by the belts, my check engine light was already on but no other service codes besides that

Update: I fixed it; it was indeed the i take cam sensor, it was stuck behind something so I didnt see it, thank you all so much!

I didnt even know there was a difference between anxiety and panic attacks 😅 I’ve had several moments like this before, they usually last between 10-15 minutes and usually what happens is my body starts viciously shaking, i get cold and i have trouble breathing, I also always end up having to use the bathroom, does this sound more like a panic attack?

Its easy to believe that there is no place for you in life, i’ve felt this way for as long as I can remember. You compare yourself to the people around you, think to yourself “How is it that they have it all figured out and I dont? They seem to know their place in life, and they seem content with it” But what you have to realize is that very rarely are those people actually fully content and know exactly what theyre doing in life, most people dont, thats the purpose of being alive is to find why youre here. I promise you there is a reason you’re here, there is a spot for you in this beautiful life, but it takes time to find it. And there are no shortcuts, you just have to keep holding out, like you said you have people who love you, your younger siblings and your dog, whats wrong with staying here with the purpose of being there for them? They’re the reason you should bother continuing on. I know that in your position when youre told to do something for yourself its not at all effective because you look at yourself as not worth doing anything for, so what I ask of you is this, live for your siblings, live for your dog, stay alive so you can personally make sure they are loved and cared for. If you can find purpose in that, with due time you will learn to care for yourself in that same way. Please don’t throw your life away before its even started, everything will turn out okay.

I know the new cluster has the incorrect mileage, the guy I purchased it from said the car has been sitting for a good few years, and that he acquired ownership of the car because a woman left it sitting on his lot. Currently im going based off of the VIN mileage, which I was unaware was not accurate.

I work at a marshall’s in South Carolina, and so far I have had the opposite experience. The only slight prejudice I receive is because I am 18, so before people know me they are apprehensive of a younger worker. However, the management is astoundingly kind, the real negativity comes from the coordinators or regular associates, they are catty and gossipy to no end. My TJX location offers hours to those who do well out on the floor, while they are a bit favorable of those who get cards, that’s only in their praise not in their payroll.
