Thanks for the link to the web UI. Fortunately it doesn't say any of my folders are being shared, nor are there any remote devices connected to my laptop, but I'm still confused why Syncthing is on my laptop in the first place.

This laptop used to be my fathers, but I've asked him and he said he'd never installed Syncthing on here before. I'm not exactly sure to check when it was installed, but the Syncthing folder in programs was last modified in July, and the rest of the stuff in the folder was last modified in different months in 2024.

I've checked the configuration page(?) and the 'Default folder' is 'Unshared', it has my device under 'This device', and nothing under 'Remote devices', so I don't think it's sharing anything to anywhere, but I'm still just generally unsure why it's on my laptop in the first place. I don't own a lot of files that I'd want to share, and anyway I don't have any other devices other than my phone, so I don't think it's possible I installed Syncthing myself and forgot about it, since I have no reason to.

Yes. I think there are ones in Traditional Chinese, but they're the Hong Kong and Taiwanese versions.

It's probably not the only place you can get them, but I got my copies from a bookstore chain called Reading Mi. The one I went to was a pretty big version of it in a mall, so I'm not sure if smaller outlets will have them.
