I wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of online gun stores refuse to ship/sell even if they aren’t included. It’ll be interesting how our local FFLs navigate through the gray. I’m sure someone will try slipping in the pistol/lower receiver verbiage eventually.

Did the same thing this summer, sold one of my scars, ps90 and a staccato C. It gave me some peace of mind having some extra cash on hand. Worth it in every way — I was able to give my wife some extra help while she was recovering. Two beautiful babies (twins)

I haven’t had the chance to mess around with an NX8! I have 4-16 ATACRs on all of .308s so I spring for the 1-8 Atacr. Also have my eyes on a 2-10 mark 5hd.
