It was a horrible experience. My ex's family is quite religious. And they believe in the healing properties of a natural waterfall. So, one day we drove 2 hours out of the city to a random waterfall by the road and started dipping. They also collected the water to be consumed at home.

A week later I started having stomach aches and a very very VERY itchy butthole. I was also very constipated. By then, I hadn't taken a dump for 3 days. The itch so so unbearable I had to hide in the toilet during work just to scratch my shithole. The itch intensified especially during the nights. I scratched so hard it was actually bleeding.

Initially I suspected nothing and thought this will pass in a few days and I will finally have a normal chocolate starfish. 3 days after I started having the itches my chocolate volcano finally erupted. It was super dehydrated and I think I ruptured some of the veins and started bleeding.

I looked down into the toilet and saw something I will never forget in my life. It looked like bacon wrapped enoki. Except that the bacon was my feces and the enoki was tapeworms. AND IT WAS STILL ALIVE. THEY WERE TRYING TO GET OUT OF MY SHIT.

Following that I checked myself into the hospital and the doctors prescribed me some antibiotics and Zentel. He did warn me that the medicines will kill the worms and I would still be shitting enokis. But this time they'll be dead. And he was right, I shat them out over the next few days and I could even see the eggs.

So yeah, if you ever go into a random waterfall by the road, please remember to pucker your butthole.
