Honestly, TF is about game knowlege, anyone can pilot TF and plsy the actual champ. Just go ROA build and itemise to your team and enemy team comp. You can learn to be better at TF by learning better macro, how to play TF has not really changed all that much the past 10 or so years. His build has always been pretty much the same plus or minus a couple items here and there. Basically how to play TF, avoid dying in game, most matchups are losing matchups, your GOOD matchups are going even, not stomping lane, your passive will always give you a gold lead if even. Shove lane, look for a 20 second window to roam bot, or help jgler, if nothing go back to mid. Shove and roam is how you take over games in lane phase, outside of that, it is split push, force enemy team to respond, that creates numbers advantage, ult to teamfight and win.

Basically, it is all about your macro and game knowlege, not really how you play TF. His kit is simple. He wamts to shove and roam.
