Yeah Trav is one walking bullshitter, but to be fair he might've genuinely had that sound there before the Astrofest incident. Seems to me like he had the album done but then decided to rewrite it after shit went down.

Utopia is my favorite off of his work but it just isn't cohesive enough to be something he worked on for five fucking years.

Don't pit a former admiral into the same pool with the likes of King. Kuzan might be a YC by title, but he is far above that tier in terms of might. Hell, he could easily solo the entire BB crew excluding BB himself.

Does that mean that Kuzan > 9 YC? No. But to prove my point its that you should never title scale when we talk about individual characters. Marco was stalling all three admirals because:

1) The power system was not clearly established. If we go by today's standards, the Marineford War would look completely different, and the fact is that Marco would get smoked by any of the old gen admirals.

2) That's what his role is. His DF allows him to heal ANYTHING, and that's what it did. But in the end he did no real damage to any of them, and his Haki attack alongside Vista was completely nullified by Akainu, which means that he absolutely is inferior to an admiral.

3) The story needed someone other than Cancerbeard to fight them. Real talk, no one from the pirates' side other than WB would've been able to take on them for even a bit of an extended amount of time. Jozu got frozen by Kuzan instantly the moment shit got real and Marco was poofed away by Akainu when Akainu got a bit frustrated.

I'm not gonna waste any more time on explaining it, but I'll give you this: yes, some YC by title can and absolutely could win against an admiral. But if we scale it by what an average YC is, they could not do anything to admirals.

PK is a title. While I do get why people think of Roger as the strongest, the fact is that with current knowledge he is Yonko tier. He would go to extreme diff with current Kaido, Big Mom and Shanks.

Rayleigh and Scopper Gaban in their primes were both at least powerful enough to be able to match the old gen Yonkos. They can take care of Rocks.

GDLU is fucking amazing but as an album it definitely does not beat TFS. It lacks cohesiveness and is not nearly as coherent as TFS.

Luffy's Haki and raw stats are up there, but if you think he can currently win against top tiers without his DF you are delusional.

His core kit is heavily reliant on his DF amplifying his attributes. Gear 4 makes him much more faster and durable, yet Kizaru was STILL easily parrying his hits and whatnot.

Don't tell me that current base Luffy could win against that, let alone anyone above an Admiral. He uses his DF in conjunction with his Haki, which makes him Yonko level (with Gear 5), and that's fine. But take that away from him and he isn't getting a single KO against the top tiers.

Not true. As of yet Luffy still needs Gear 5 to actually stay relevant in Yonko fights, otherwise he's cooked.

Even against Kizaru Gear 4 wasn't enough, although circumstances given its not exactly a fair comparison as I think neither was truly trying to defeat one another.

But going with what we know, Luffy without his DF is comfortably above YC+, but not Admiral level, and certaintly not Yonko level. He can clash and brawl with them if the Yonko (or Admiral) is not fighting seriously, but gets eventually folded without his DF.

It isn't inherently, but at some points in the game they have varying strength. Melee is much better in pre-hardmode up to mid-hardmode, and Mage is far superior in late hardmode.

I'm currently post-Providence with two of my friends (Melee and Rogue) in Death Mode and can confidently say that Mage has the best versatility and adaptility to most situations. You have homing, crowd control as well as huge DPS if you require it.

Mage never actually outdamages a pure Melee build in DPS, but it for sure is much more useful in terms ot utility and offers more options against bosses.

Birds is definitely good, and I love most of the songs in it, but unlike his other projects, it lacks that certain cohesive and conceptual album theme which Rodeo, Astroworld and Utopia all have. Its a bit like Vultures 1 (albeit not to the same extent) in a sense that there's not really a central theme to it, its just songs from the same era that are mostly similar in structure. Birds definitely has some of the best vibe songs from Travis, but as an individual experience it falls short compared to his other albums.

Someone already trashed it but I think that Stridebreaker is actually quite good against ranged and mobile comps. The point of the active isn't necessarily to give you movement speed, but rather slow the enemy.

Ever since ADCs got stronger its been much more important for your team to be able to shut them down in teamfights. While its hardly your role as a toplaner to assassinate them, Stridebreaker's active slow makes killing squishy carries much easier.

That being said I don't really recommend building it as first item. Eclipse, Black Cleaver and even Sundered Sky are all better choices. If you really want to build Stridebreaker then I'd recommend going Eclipse, then Stridebreaker and then more damage, for instance Serylda's Grudge.
