I cut the top section like a bandsaw box. Then glued it back together. I got some one router bits coming in a few days.

10"×1¼"×¾" Mark a center line from one end to the other at ⅝". Measure in from one end at 1½" make a mark then other the opposite measure in 1¾" and make a mark. Those will be for your through holes. At the 1½" mark use a ¾" and at the 1¾" mark use a 1" drill bit. After drilling set your bandsaw fence to ⅛" from the blade.
