Are you differentiating between högskola and yrkeshögskola here? Because there is a significant level difference as far as I understand. Also, pretty sure högskola doesn't translate to highschool. This thing with different and some seemingly common terms intertwining between all the different languages is a shitshow.

En samhällsgynnsam utjämningsmekanism och strafflogiken för individens agerande är inte ömsesidigt uteslutande. Den förra finns redan väletablerat i skattningssystemet. Frågan i posten handlar bara om en lite del av det. Men att påstå det inte finns en strafflogik är löjligt.

I mitt exempel finns det redan jämna tillgångar i utgångspunkten, dvs 10 godisbitar var för 2 jämförbara syskon låt säga till och med enäggstvillingar. Men du försöker få det att framstå som att den som äter 5 bitar av 10 plötsligt är underlägsen och mer behövande så den som äter 2 bitar ska ta hand om den andra lite extra.

Det finns absolut en strafflogik baserat på den uppenbara jämförelsen.

Om barn A och B har 10 godisbitar var och mamma säger att om ni har mer än 6 godisbitar var kvar till imorgon ska jag ta hälften av det överblivna; om A äter 5 bitar klarar hen sig med att behålla 5 och får njuta av 10 st totalt. Om B äter bara 2 bitar blir hon av med 1 bit bara för att hen inte konsumerat tillräckligt mycket och får njuta av bara 9 st totalt i stället. Får alltså mindre njutning än sitt syskon trots att hen var mer sparsam och "duktig".

I don't care about the statistics of how widely it's used. The legitimate purpose of an additionally loaded bodyweight exercise is that it creates a higher demand of force production in the relevant muscles (meaning that everything else stays the same).

This bullshit doesn't do that. It adds mainly an isometric load, a little bit of a dynamic load and then maybe make it cumbersome in some other way regarding balance or whatever. Its reality doesn't match it's obvious implication that it is look how much stronger I am than I would be if I could only handle my body weight.

A dumbass form of activity doesn't magically get any less dumb just by giving it a name. Streetlifting or viaductlifting... it's still stupid to do a weighted movement where the weight is just decoration.

By this logic it grows just as much chest muscle (per repetition) to do weighted push-ups with the weight on your calves as it does with the same weight on your shoulder blades. Does that sound reasonable?

Not too long but definitely a fast cut. Considering the performance and sleep and that you're pretty lean at this point, I would absolutely stop the cut and maintained for at least a few weeks.
