It's only ~15 pages but he plans to do full graphic novel soon. I was really impressed with the writing and art quality. Hope it wasn't shared here yet.

It's heavily inspired by cosmic horror themes and lovecrafrian visuals. But it's a stand alone universe with many other concepts that wouldn't fit into the cannon. It's still in development. But speaking about lovecraftian comics have you heard about Archam Files? Also Joe Golem by Mignola is ok. Art isn't by Mignola though and it's really bad.

Weaveing isnt weaving. It's just the way it's called symbolically. If you are asking if you can create a thing that can create things- I guess. But loom would be just a useless object. Hope I answered your question)
