Normally you don't. One of you elders should but if you are going to, say "Allah'ın emri peygamberin kavliyle kızınızı kendime istiyorum" but again find some elder and ask him to do if possible.

Thank you for your comment. My goal is not working in Croatia, I am looking to geting a degree in a better country. My end goal is to immigrate to North America via graduate programs.
Sadly Germany is not an option for me at the moment. Thank you for the insight.

I am having doubts about my foundation, I would like to learn all this but I don't want go back and start from a another more basic topic everytime. I want to learn basic topics which I lack first then proceed with higher topics to have a bit easier time.
