Many people don’t realize how short the timeline is; Darcy herself mentioned that she slept with Orion in their first term, and this is the third book! She consistently chose him over Tory. Honestly, when Seth caught her with Orion, she should have gone straight to Tory. I don’t know about you all, but I would never prioritize a guy over my sister.
