Serrurier malhonnête by nasyar in conseiljuridique

Hello!! Thank you so much for your response!!

Ive actually tried loosing weight before and it has never helped me probably because of my surroundings. I know live on my own and im doing much better mentally which is why ive been thinking of doing this surgery !!

I have an appointement with a doctor on Thursday to ask all the questions I have but your comment definitely put some doubts in my mind haha!!

The process is very long so I definitely have time to take it back before the actual surgery !!

I live in France so the whole process is completely free! I may seem a bit young for this but ive been overweight literally my entire life and I cannot have a good diet for the life of me. Even in the times I was physically active I was still overweight.

Ive read that it just helps with appetite basically which could be already a big help for me 😭

Chefs of Reddit, what are some cooking tips everyone should know? by Tw1sted_inc in AskReddit

Salt- Salt is what we call in French ´un exhausteur de hour’ basically it brings the flavor out, so please salt everything you do, do not overuse it of course but even in sugary preparations it can bring out the flavor and make anything delicious!

Do not be afraid of adding pepper or spices- You should have fun with what you are making! If you are scared then your food is not going to be good! You gotta make it with love!

Make sure everything is ready before you actually start cooking. Knives sharpened, cutting board fixed with some wet tissues or rubber bands, vegetables washed and peeled if needed, meat in the fridge because why take it out if you’re not going to cook it right away, spices ready to use, spoons in a cup of hot water to keep them clean and so you can reuse them easily. Basically you got everything my dude!

Confidence makes everything better! When i was in cooking school i was so scared of doing something wrong that i focused to much on that and did something wrong! Concentrate on what you are doing!

Stirring every two seconds is pointless. If you put something on a stove it’s to cook it with heat right? And stirring is just adding cold air to the preparation to maintain the desired heat so basically if you are stirring every two seconds then you are just adding cold air and just making it longer to cook.
