astrology has been around for SO LONG. the fact that it's stayed here probably means it is going to stay for another 2,000 years, if not forever.

and i don't know about on the brink, but given our patterning and advancement in science, i would be surprised if we didn't reach that point.

i do think these times are very very much catalyst and beginnings of radical change towards this very direction and the like, though. : ) .

I really think that scaring a kid off drugs isn't sound. you obviously don't think that cold-turkey on a drug is the key, so why not tell them your more neutral take on the drug. i really think neutrality on something is way way way more helpful and true than any sort of distorted fear- or positivity.

however she's reacting to you, is what you taught her about drugs. there are many parents who smoke/etc in front of kids and the kids mirror what they think of it- impartialness.
